Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If it has been more than 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@soelpec.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipment costs are not refundable and you will also be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost.
Return shipments must be sent using the same courier and in a trackable way as the original shipment. This is crucial because the courier will manage the return paperwork. If you choose a different method than what the team has outlined, any associated fees or duties will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that a restocking fee may apply to returned items, especially if transaction or processing fees were incurred during the original payment. These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount where applicable.
Refund Policy
After a refund claim has been made, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process this refund according to their policies. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, first you can contact to your bank about this issue and also please contact us at info@soelpec.com
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of stock inconsistencies, pricing errors, or other unintentional issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
